Description.
My four by four uses 16 characters, similar to an alphabet, however I can use this 'artwork' for whatever I want.
As a representation of sound or audible letters, here are the ways to pronounce each 'character; in 4x4:
Row 1, column 1 - "Ae" as in EYE.
Row 1, column 2 - "EE" as in FEET.
Row 1, column 3 - "Ou" as in OWN or "Ah" as in BOUGHT.
Row 1, column 4 - "UwWu" that is forwards sounds like a "U" as in UTOPIA and backwards sounds like a "W" as in WIND.

Row 2, column 1 - "Bee" that is the american letters combined of B+P+V.
Row 2, column 2 - "Door" as in DELTA.
Row 2, column 3 - "Fear" as in FORTE.
Row 2, column 4 - "Goat" as in GOAT.
..
Row 3, column 1 - "Ku" as in KELLY.
Row 3, column 2 - "Csar" that is the american letters combined of J+Z+SH and sounds like "ZSH".
Row 3, column 3 - "Mo" as in MOUNTAIN.
Row 3, column 4 - "Nu" as in NEO.
..
Row 4, column 1 - "Ru" as in RITE.
Row 4, column 2 - "Tu" as in TIME.
Row 4, column 3 - "High" as in HIGH.
Row 4, column 4 - "Ya" as in YELLOW.
Instance: The word, 'Yoses' uses the symbols for FIRE and ICE combined, those are Row 3, column 2 plus Row 4, column 4.
